Eligibility for D. Pharma

The eligibility criteria for admission to the Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) program at Aarohan College of Pharmacy are designed to ensure that candidates possess a strong foundation in relevant subjects and are well-prepared to excel in their academic pursuits. Candidates seeking admission must have successfully completed the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with either Mathematics, Biotechnology, Biology, or a Technical Vocational Subject. Additionally, candidates applying under the management quota for vacant seats must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and either Mathematics, Biotechnology, or Biology.

The minimum qualification required for admission to the Diploma in Pharmacy Part-I course includes passing any of the specified examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics. This includes the 10+2 examination in the Science stream, pre-degree examination, intermediate examination in Science, or any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India that aligns with the aforementioned examinations.

Moreover, candidates who have completed the first year of a three-year degree course in Science are also eligible for admission. It’s important to note that there are reserved seats for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes candidates as per the guidelines issued by the Central Government, State Governments, or Union Territory Administrations.
