The Pharmacology Labs at Aarohan College of Pharmacy are at the forefront of studying the effects of drugs and chemicals on cells, tissues, and the human body. This crucial branch of Pharmacy delves into understanding the mechanisms of drug action, as well as identifying both beneficial and adverse effects. Equipped with modern and sophisticated instruments such as student Organ baths, rotating drums, photoactometers, Rotarod, Electgroconvulsometer, Plethysmograph, Eddy’s hot plate, Histamine chamber, and Cook’s pole climbing apparatus, these labs provide students with hands-on experience in conducting experiments and simulations. Additionally, computer-based simulations and software are available to enhance learning and analysis. The Pharmacology Labs also feature a Human Anatomy Museum with an extensive collection of charts and models, further enriching students’ understanding of pharmacological concepts and human anatomy.
